Crush Energy Analysis adds a whole new dimension
to standard advanced accident investigation. Crush
analysis uses the known strength of vehicle materials
and components in evaluating damage. It allows
the investigator to better determine factors such
as speed and impact in complex situations such
as roll-overs and multi-vehicle collisions. As
accident investigation becomes more technical-and
precise-this is must-have knowledge for a true
professional.

Course Outcome: Upon completion of this
course, the student will understand the principles
of CRUSH energy analysis and will be able to apply
those principles when investigating motor vehicle
crashes.
